1. Operator and scope
This website is operated by LDK CONSULTING GROUP LTD, company number 17352782, of 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. These terms govern website and preview use. Clientfold is offered to businesses; a final proposal or service agreement governs any paid subscription.
2. Illustrative preview
The frontend demo uses simulated business data and illustrative workflows. Previewed functions, AI-assisted features, integrations and layouts may change and are not guaranteed to be available at launch. Do not submit confidential, personal, legal or medical information through the demo.
3. Launch, pricing and contracting
Clientfold is scheduled to launch on 15 September 2026, with pre-orders opening on 15 August 2026. Published pricing starts from £299 per month and may change before a contract is agreed.
The starting configuration currently describes guided onboarding, limited initial workflows and pipeline functionality, a basic dashboard, reduced AI-assisted functionality, standard support, and a professionally configured three-page website. An initial configuration fee, integrations, migration, additional pages, advanced AI, third-party services and managed support may cost extra.
Using the website, interacting with the demo or joining the launch list does not form a contract. Scope, fees, subscriptions, cancellation, termination, payment terms and service levels are confirmed only in an accepted written proposal, order form or service agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You must not break the law, infringe rights, submit abusive or unlawful material, introduce malicious code, interfere with security, gain unauthorised access, overload the service or scrape it contrary to law or reasonable technical restrictions.
5. Intellectual property and third parties
Clientfold’s code, design, branding, copy and graphics are owned by or licensed to LDK Consulting unless identified otherwise. Third-party names and marks remain their owners’ property and do not imply endorsement or partnership. Third-party services operate under their own terms, availability and charges.
6. Availability, professional advice and liability
The site is provided for general business evaluation. It does not provide legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, particular commercial outcomes, or that illustrative estimates will be achieved.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. For business users and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable under these website terms for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill or data. Paid-service liability is governed by the final agreement.
