2. Information covered
The current landing page may process technical request information and your cookie-consent record. The interactive workspace uses simulated business information. It does not display or store real demo records, and you should not enter personal or confidential information into the preview.
The launch-list form is not yet connected. Once connected, it may collect the name, work email, company, business type, team size, current tools and operational challenge that you choose to submit.
3. Purposes, lawful bases and retention
- Website delivery and security: technical logs may be processed under our legitimate interests in providing and protecting the site, and retained only as reasonably needed for operations, investigation and legal duties.
- Consent record: your necessary preference record is kept in your browser for up to 12 months to remember your choice and demonstrate that a choice was offered.
- Future launch enquiries: once the form is connected, details will be used to answer your request and provide requested launch updates. Unconverted enquiries will ordinarily be retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact.
- Contract records: if a business relationship follows, contracts, project and billing records may be retained during the engagement and ordinarily for six years afterwards where required.
4. Sharing and international processing
We do not sell personal data. Information may be available to hosting, security, communications or professional-service providers only where needed and under appropriate arrangements. We will identify additional processors and any applicable international-transfer safeguard before activating services that process submitted personal data.
5. Cookies and browser storage
Clientfold currently uses strictly necessary local storage only to remember your consent choice, version and timestamp. No analytics, advertising or marketing technology is active. See the Cookie Policy and use Cookie Preferences in the footer to review your choice.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to be informed, access or correct your data, request erasure or restriction, receive portable data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. 7. Complaints, security and changes
We use proportionate security measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us first if you have a concern. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We will update this notice when the site’s processing materially changes.
